心癢癢又想食omakase,今次就揀咗試呢間旭。我哋食咗中位價嘅set,$1680一位。前菜1:昆布豆腐,滑嘟嘟,味道正常。前菜2:豬肉淮山卷係熱食,幾香。水雲菜酸酸的,有啲薑蓉爽滑,幾開胃。最後記得要食埋粒龍珠果。1.北海道毛蟹肉撈入咗蟹膏,鮮味甘香;上面有鮮甜紫海膽,撈埋紫蘇花瓣一齊食有花香。2.師傅話呢個係seasonal,梳子魚輕輕燒過,帶出油香,配咗少少飯,用紫菜包住食。3.呢個都係seasonal北海道白粟米,超爽脆,好甜,好juicy。4.野生銀雪魚,都係輕輕燒過,帶出油脂香 ,肥美,沾豉油wasabi食。5.日本響螺,超爽口, 師傅教用筷子沾上少少鹽 再加wasabi咁食,帶出鮮味。6.野生藍鰭吞拿,師傅話呢個係最肥位置,大拖羅。師傅已經起筋,但係裏面都仲有啲細筋起唔到,師傅話已經切斷咗,等我哋口感舒服啲。7.跟住嚟一個熟食,鹽燒太都魚。擠一啲青檬汁上去食,油香豐富而且鮮味。如果想再濃味啲就沾上柚子酸汁。伴碟嘅燒青椒、薑芽都食得。跟住就開始食壽司,所有壽司師傅都已經落咗豉油Wasabi,可以就咁食。8.真鯛 sushi,上面有柚子皮香味,味道幾清。9.小肌魚 sushi

14.九州車海老sushi,師傅整嘅時候蝦仲郁緊,好新鮮,灑上岩鹽,蝦肉質紥實爽口彈牙,有啲柚子香,幾清爽。

15.海膽軍艦,有兩種海膽,下面馬糞海膽鮮甜,上面白海膽係seasonal,比較creamy,海膽味較濃郁。

16.最後飲返碗大蜆清湯,好鮮甜,蜆肉超級大粒。食完咁多嘢飲返碗熱湯好舒服。

17.當然唔少得甜品啦,我揀咗綠茶奶凍,賣相好靚,綠茶味道好濃郁,奶凍滑溜溜,正。
