雖然飛唔到日本,喺香港都會想食日本嘢,香港越來越多抵食嘅Omakase!初鮨算係性價比比較高,想食特色壽司可以考慮呢度。佢有280同埋380嘅套餐,我就揀咗$380嘅套餐。首先食嘅有檸檬柚子沙律、海蜇、松葉蟹蒸蛋。整體味道比較清新,帶有酸的香味,柚子沙律尤其清新,仲有海蜇好爽口;而松葉蟹蒸蛋裏面仲有蝦,蛋香口感滑。刺身方面都有三款,每款兩件,帶子+出世魚 鰆魚+ 日本牙帶魚配烏魚子粉,帶子鮮甜口感滑,出世重魚香口感較林,牙帶魚較清新,平時少見。之後就到十味壽司,由於唔可以post咁多張相我就拼圖啦!墨魚,岩鹽燒,柚子,個質感比較滑,化化地,好得意。黑鯛內有蔥,江戶做法,質感彈牙鮮香。金目鯛燒皮配烏魚子粉,清新具魚香。竹纖魚皮中好多油份,燒魚+抽哂D骨,質感特別肥美,通常多骨嘅魚都係特別好食。間八 (油甘D frd)味道爽甜。鰤魚 Season菜,質感相對肥美。深海池魚 +Wasabi減少腥味,深海魚我都特別鍾意食,好鮮味。BB銀鱈魚+海膽醬,燒咗,個口感軟嫩,我同朋友都好鍾意食㗎。白蝦細細粒,加咗好多青檸、柚子粉,味道特別清甜。北海道根室馬糞海膽份量好多,大滿足!食完壽司仲有麵豉湯,鹹
