之前食過一次Omakase,由師傅據當日有咩新鮮食材而決定當日既菜式,感覺好驚喜,於是今日去棉登徑既上岸料理食多一次。餐廳裝修簡約,環境舒適。蟹子沙律新鮮爽口既蟹子,鮮甜既沙律菜加埋蟹柳,清新可口既前菜。日式磯煮鮑魚鮑魚帶嚼勁又有咬口,醬汁香甜又夠曬入味。串燒廣島蠔蠔肉口感滑溜,咬落去仲係充滿水份冇被燒乾,但味道淡左少少,少左鹹香既味道。刺身拼盆眼仁奈呢個名好特別,我都係第一次食,魚腥味幾重,口感偏煙韌。金目鯛12月至2月品質最好,魚身滿佈魚鱗,肉質細膩。三文魚三文魚入口嫩滑,海膽最驚喜,味道鮮甜,有D海水味,但一D都唔腥,入口即化。關東煮材料有有雞蛋、蘿蔔、竹輪、魚餅同蒟蒻,雖然全部都唔係名貴既食材,不過勝在可以暖胃,係寒冬既天氣飲啖熱湯即刻暖曬。檸檬雪糕最後既雪糕檸檬味適中,酸酸甜甜,仲有D檸檬皮。今次同上次所食既Omakase有D分別,呢度熟食比較多,似居酒屋既感覺多D。
