we have tried a regular poutine set. generally, the fries taste... not bad. but gravy is not rich enough.frankly, it is nothing special to make me go again.and it is pricey too. it costs $47 and almost equal to a burger combo in triple O. the cashier is quite rude too. cuz there is some problem about the order and he needs to refund to my bf. he asked my bf to pay again using octopus card and my bf asked him y he needed to pay again the combo not just the additional price for a coke. the cashie

the cashier explained that he would refund the money in cash cuz my bf paid in octopus card, but, in a very impolite tone. even i was sitting near window, i can hear the cashier voice.
i cannot imagine the service was so terrible and i think the staff should be more polite and explain the process in a proper tone.
