One of my favorite places for curry and udon.There's a long queue every day and it's well deserved. Their food is flavorful and has a certain depth to them because of the slow cooking process. I haven't found any other place that makes pork cartilage as good as theirs. Love the texture of the pearl rice and the curry wasn't too salty or too sweet. The pork cartilage was so tender that even the bone itself was melt-in-your-mouth soft. The vegetables could be seasoned more since their flavor completely relied on the curry.

The spice level was well controlled. The beef was tender and the udon was very nice and chewy but not tough. The broth was rich and flavorful. Simply hard to fault.
