I like having their Morgentau (朝露) tea. A fascinating blend with large‐leaf sencha and delicate fruity aromas and petals. Light and fresh for sweets.

Food
It served an exquisite afternoon tea with delicate items inspired by different season. It's summer time:

Truffle egg mayonnaise on brown bread sandwich
Shellfish and dill cream on white bread sandwich
Smoked salmon with lemon curd rye bread sandwich
Duck foie gras pate mini puff with freeze‐dried passion fruit
Orange ginger canneles
Peach vanilla verrine
Hazelnut lemon
Mango choux
Blueberry cheese
Scones

I like the Mango choux. Simply, light, fresh and lovely with its texture.
But the Orange ginger cannele freaks me out, cause the heavy ginger taste finished long in mouth. Weired!

I like their scones most. They're not dry or hard at all but are soft and chewy like fresh baked biscuits, u can feel they got much air inside the scones, crumbly!

Overall
At one of the city’s prestigious hotel, I really enjoy a fine pot of tea with their well prepared afternoon tea in company of the magnificent Victoria Harbour view.

The access is really great. The service is efficient, friendly, extremely helpful and pleasant.
