Dim sum is the traditional old hongkongese food, that not only the tourists, but also myself as a local always willing to try and haunt for good dim sum places around. We went to ____ in Wan Chai this time, which has branches in Kwun Tong as well. First, the interior design is very bright and innovative, having a great contrast with ordinary Chinese cuisine. From the design to the food choices, this restaurant has been trying to be creative and extraordinary to invest in new food style for each customers.

The restaurant offers: first, steamed dim sum: second, fried dim sum; third, rice roll; fourth, carbohydrates such as rice, congee, dumplings; fifth, house made soup; lastly, sweet dim sum.

The first dish is marine ted quail egg siu mai. The egg is pretty much the heighlight of this dim sum, adding a lot of texture in each bite. Although it is not the regular egg, but the sauce is not that salty that covering the taste.

The second dish is juicy pork dumplings in malaysian style. Pretty interesting in terms of the layer of each flavors. Combining all are perfectly match in this small dumpling bite.

We highly recommend you to order the sponge cake with pork floss. The cake is sweet in nature, topping up with the pork floss do lower the sweetness and balance out the entire dish.

The fourth dish is shrimp toast, very classy in dim sum place. Crispy bread but at the same time juicy shrimp hiding in between. Matching with the salad source that perfectly be one of the best shrimp toast in HK.

Our last dish is Chinese cabbage lung & apricot kernel soup. Very clean soup base with tremendous amount of cabbage lung and pork meat.
