I have not had beef rendang as good as that from this restaurant and I did not feel ripped off by them at all cause the Nasi Rendang Campur $80 had such a variety of ingredients on the plate - with the curry, the rendang, crisps, fish & peanuts, beans, egg, tofu. I also paid $5 more for coconut milk rice cause it pairs especially well with curry and spicy beef. Indeed, it was such fun to scoop some ingredients here and there with the rice, heavenly. Their beef rendang though if provided more could have pleased us even more cause it was a bit too little. However, it still tasted fantastic overall, no wonder why this restaurant attracted so many Indonesians to come and visit, as well as local Chinese who were equally interested. I strongly recommend any of you who loves East Asian dishes to come and try.
