The very first day when dine in restiction was lifted, we planned to have our dinner at this noodle restaurant. It was located at Tak Man Street, couple of minutes walk from Whampoa MTR.Their menu was comprehensive, offering a wide range of food such as their signature knife cut noodle, came in soup, cold dry and hot dry type. Besides that they offered rice, snacks and drinks etc.Iced crunchy ovaltine and crunchy milk tea were sweet in taste and thick in texture, with alot of crunchy bits on top

Iced crunchy ovaltine and crunchy milk tea were sweet in taste and thick in texture, with alot of crunchy bits on top of the drink, making it crunchy.
Iced malt chocolate was sweet and smooth, with strong cocoa taste.
Soup knife cut noodles with fried pork ribs and sliced beef - The chef helped to separate the ingredients from the soup so it will not become soggy. Soup was clear and noodle was chewy and thick in texture, to my liking. Pork ribs was fried till chewy and juicy while sliced beef was tender and juicy.
Hot stirred knife cut noodles with shredded chicken and pig stomach - The chef was generous with the serving, with the whole plate fully covered with ingredients. It came with sliced cucumber, salad sauce and dan dan sauce to mix with the noodle, making it appetizing. Noodle was chewy, able to taste the tangyness. Shredded chicken and pig stomach were chewy, going well with the sauce.
Black egg salad with garlic was appetizing and spicy, with black egg salad soft and smooth.
Spicy pork neck was cut till thin in slices, and was very chewy and flavourful, with plenty of peanuts on top of it.
Spicy fish ball was smooth and chewy, juicy as it absorbed the essence of the spicy sauce.
