Dinner for 2 on a weekday.Ordered Sashimi of the day: Mackerel, Pacific saury, and 平靜魚 (similar to Hamachi?)The Mackerel tasted differently then ones we used to in CA, probably different species/region? but overall quality is superb, very fresh and temperature just right.next we have assorted sushi of kuruma shrimp Ama ebi (very muscular and fresh, though not as sweet as spotted prawns), medium oily tuna, steamed abalone, scallop, uni, and conger eel. Ordered Sashimi of the day: Mackerel, Pacific saury, and 平靜魚 (similar to Hamachi?)

The Mackerel tasted differently then ones we used to in CA, probably different species/region? but overall quality is superb, very fresh and temperature just right.

next we have assorted sushi of kuruma shrimp Ama ebi (very muscular and fresh, though not as sweet as spotted prawns), medium oily tuna, steamed abalone, scallop, uni, and conger eel. Everything was great, especially the tuna..very fatty.

We wrap it up with another tuna roll, beef udon (good beef and noodle quality, soup is average), and accidentally ordered a sauced cooked puffer fish (not exactly tasty.. but perhaps others like it)

Overall a very good experience, So far the best Japanese I had here.
