Originally we wanted to go Shatin but we took the wrong MTR and somehow ended up here. Not really wanting to get back on the appropriate platform, we just decided to walk about Festival Walk. Festival Walk is a mall that we always never know what to eat. It's basically mall food and you're stuck here. Thus, we just decided to have dinner at EXP. The menu is in English and Chinese. They offer all sorts of cuisines from Korean to Western and little bit of both. They also have a juice bar.
We shared a pizza as they had a few choices. This is the Meatball Pizza ($106). It was rectangular in shape instead the usual circle. I loved the crust as it was the thick and bready. There was a decent amount of tomato sauce and lots of stretchy cheese. They even added some shaved parmesan on top. The meatballs were good.
Bolognese Lasagne ($92) came with a side of salad that was coated well with salad dressing. The lasagne also had a lot of stretchy cheese. The bolognese sauce was rich with a lot of mince meat. The pasta was well cooked.
I also ordered a Red Apple Cinnamon Ice Earl Gray Tea ($36) that I realized I didn't take a photo of. This was ok but I wanted more cinnamon. It wasn't too sweet and was decent enough.
The food here was good and service was fast as you only have a 90 minute dine in period. Nothing really memorable but it wasn't so terrible we won't be back if stuck in the mall again.
