既然是知名美式扒房,怎樣也要嚐嚐炭火燒烤,說是草飼澳洲西冷,我點了médium rare,送上枱的牛排,近乎完美的cross-mark先讓人眼前一亮,隨後將牛排切開,粉嫰血紅的顏色,掌控恰當的生熟度再令人折服,專業炭火燒烤牛肉特有的焦香跟電爐,grill pan簡直不能相比,至於牛肉本身質量,肉味未必及得上其他知名地方品種,不過這個價錢,連伴碟薯蓉和沙拉菜均毫不馬虎,"絕對超值!",至少我是這樣認為.

義大利名廚Massimo Bottura的"Oops, I dropped the lemon tart"是這道甜點的muse?不知何解,就是有這個聯想.現在形同兇案現塲,更名為"Oops,who killed my berry-baby?"更好玩??!!

兩大一小baba以草莓汁浸透,配以鮮草莓,紅桑子,啫喱片,海綿曲奇,雪芭和醬汁,元素很多卻不失一致性,也許顏色層次分明些更見理想;不過不同的酸甜味道刺激著味蕾,視覺又滿足於巧心的設計擺碟,真的譲我樂上半天~已無暇去揖兇.
