🥂Winter Blazer
Starting off with a warm cocktail that looks like Chinese herbal tea. It’s very light in taste and tasted like only a tad of alcohol added. The taste from ginger and slow-cooked honey really stood out and you may also put the mini sticky rice balls in the drink that resembled Chinese dessert.

🥂Roasted Chestnut
Second drink is more herbal and smokey in flavour, with Magnolia used. It looks very pretty and it’s topped with chestnut foam and ground nutmeg. 10-year single malt whiskey and chestnut liqueur were added so it’s stronger and more nutty in taste.

🥂Drucken Chicken
Roselle is used again in this drink along with Shaoxing wine. It’s very intense and salty as three drops of chicken essence was added at last, resulting a salty savoury taste, but the cucumber slices helped to cleanse the tastebuds and refresh our taste.

Really appreciate this crossover idea here that have created many different tastes of cocktails that you can’t find elsewhere.
