To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時收工夜咗，都會叫元氣外賣返屋企食因為佢個營業時間都比較夜，好適合夜收工嘅我。外賣叫咗五份三文魚壽司，即係有10件，可能夜咗，冇特別新鮮😣三件中拖羅壽司，一如既往的好食😋一份炸蝦卷，一份有三件。三件鰻魚壽司，值得一提嘅係而家外賣冇鰻魚汁，個人覺得好似唔係好夠汁同埋一盒炸雞軟骨，如果想要沙律醬，外賣膠盒要加一蚊埋單$235，兩個人食啱啱好。PS. 而家外賣嘅Wasabi終於大包咗😂以前一包一啖就食晒，好鍾意佢哋嘅新包裝！
