早陣子dadi 生日, 與爸爸和家人吃過生日飯後, 回家免不了有切餅儀式.比利時75°朱古力香蕉媽媽說,這個蛋糕很'紅',因為係陳豪賣廣告.蛋糕主打用上了75%濃度的朱古力. 吃下去的確比普通的黑森林來得更濃更香.打得幼滑的chocolate cream ,加上朱古力脆脆和香蕉夾層的海綿蛋糕, 令我對聖安娜這間餅店改觀.想不到聖安娜也能做出如此有水準的蛋糕!
