Chuen Fa Fish is one of the latest restaurants in Tsuen Wan serving up Sichuan grilled fish, chicken pot and skewers.Since one of us couldn't take any spicy food, we picked sea bass in pickled cabbage soup. Outstanding quality which worthed the wait. My favorites included the wings which were piping hot and extra juicy, and the lamb which was tender and slightly gamey.
On top of beer, they offer a variety of fruit teas. Tried Pineapple & Jasmine and Apple Earl Grey which were sweet and refreshing.
