好友已來過極力推介teppanyaki, 邀請我們一起去試試. The restaurant is located at the end of Haven St, easy to find. It has 3 parking lots outside the restaurant. We are lucky as we are the only booking for teppanyaki so we have the whole table. There's a big sushi table for omakase, a few groups there. And a VIP teppanyaki room which can accommodate 6-8. 咗薄荷業🍃加焑肉條吊出蠔的鮮味! A5 和牛 - 加上豆豆和炸蒜片實在是完美配搭 Chef Ken 特別為我們製作的炒飯🍚, 佢話平時會加蛋一起炒但今次蛋切條鋪上, 淡身點無咁膩. 朋友話D picked 偏咸. 之後 Chef Ken 奉上七彩日本糖果盤, 先消化吓teppanyaki 的膩. 超貼心! 我選了松茸湯, 加入青檸感覺清新.
我們還點了兩支sake, serve chilled, 非常不錯.
這裏無論環境, 食物質素和服務也感覺超班, 看來摘星機會不遠了.
下次一定來試Omakase. 喜歡同Chef 閒談和暢飲的食客,一定喜歡這裡.
