The service is very slow and insincere. We arrived for our 830 PM booking, ordered right away and ordered the chef’s menu to save time. The first skewer took 35 mins to arrive. The customers next to us who were seated at the same time got about 5 skewers while we looked on with a hungry stomach. They were chatting to the staff and seemed like regular customers. We asked the manager on the status of the order, but nothing happened. Just got lip service that the food was coming.
When the food finally arrived, there was no explanation of what you are eating despite ordering the Chef’s menu. Food is not bad to be fair but you don’t know what you are eating.
For this price point, we expected better food and better service.
I’d not recommend coming here unless you are a regular or know the staff well, or else be prepared to be disappointed or hungry or both.
