A former favourite whose standards are falling rapidly. The Chinese staff are unable to deliver true Japanese dining elegance and finesse serving food they don't understand. The restaurant has become noisy and messy and chaotic. Tempura prawns were simply fried -no tempura batter at all for HK$60 for one (yes 1) small fried prawn. All in all a real rip off to be avoided.
There are much better places to find high quality Japanese food in Hong Kong who still know how what they are doing. Notably you don't see many Japanese in Inagiku but increasingly wealthy Chinese with more money than taste who don't know what they eating.
I will not go back.
