To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從 lab concepts 來臨金鐘後，引入不少'名食店'，一風堂就是其中一間。每次中午經過，見長長人龍，心想是不是真的這麼美味呢？於是在一個星期二的晚上，聽罷 seminar 後，和一眾要好舊同事試試。這裡的環境很衛生乾淨，畢竟是日本食店呢，門面一定要光鮮有睇頭。拉麵款式不多，只有約6-7款，對於我來說 ok。我點了白丸元味﹝白玉﹞拉麵，待應生特地問我想吃什麼麵質，我選了較硬身。只過了約 5 分鐘，麵來了，碗好大但麵超少，對於女孩子來說可以，但男孩子一定不夠！我點了升級版，但材料也只有幾片叉燒，一子玉蛋、紫菜等.... 湯底很濃很香，但麵質嘛... 食完也不覺得有多大感覺那種。這個 size 我只要 5 分鐘就將它擺平了... 味道不是大問題，但真的有點 over-priced...老實說，如果要我中午等上幾十分鐘吃這個拉麵，我會給'喊'....
