Spotted a mochi ball bakery on the way to HKCEC, and had a hard time deciding on which flavour to try. I chose the green Pandan flavour topped with pineapple crust at last. Pandan flavour was on the mild side, the mochi ball is stuffed with a lot of chocolate chips- perhaps that’s the reason for overwhelming the pandan taste. I’d prefer a stronger floral taste from the pandan. The pineapple crust was pretty nice though. Next time I ought to try out their new coffee chocolate flavour.
