This club, which has been around since pre-covid times is a favorite amongst the cigar lovers. 2 private rooms, with a few tables in the common area.Dinner. Here’s what we had. Appetizers, being:-檸香百花球- ie artistically presented shrimp balls.-黑魚子桂花燻北海道帶子- nice smoky flavors in these one-bite beauties.-涼拌黑松露花膠絲- loved the airy, crunchy texture-冰鎮話梅聖女果- ie cherry tomatoes refreshingly marinated in plum wine - 腐乳鴛鴦泡菜: manager noted that the chef’s knife skills were quite advanced to be able to prod

- 腐乳鴛鴦泡菜: manager noted that the chef’s knife skills were quite advanced to be able to produce such nice uniform strips. Manager proceeded to introduce us to the chef, a polite young man who previously worked at Rùn.
足四両濃雞湯燉翅- loved the luscious, collagen-rich broth.
黑糖脆皮咕嚕肉- perfectly crispy; could taste the freshness of the pork.
麻辣關東遼參- passed, as I didn’t eat spicy.
野生海茸爆炒龍蝦球- juicy flesh.
法國椒鹽鵪鶉腿
黑薑岩鹽蒸東星斑- perfect doneness.
沙薑脆皮雞
青花椒肉鬆煲飯- I passed, but they all loved it.
燕窩馬蹄露
In summary: the meal ended on a high with everyone retreating to the adjoining sofa-lined space for their cigars. Superb cooking. Excellent and friendly service by the manager and her team.
