幾日前同幾個女仔朋友去,個湯有D怪怪地,好似係黑蒜湯。 有個朋友係無咩飲。 啲set選擇都係嗰啲雞、豬、牛、蝦等。 味道一般,我只係當一個貴嘅碟頭飯嚟食。 揀佢係因為佢靜靜地唔會嘈,但呢個$500 -位係太貴。 對後生仔嚟講個份量係太少。 建議唔好做食,專心搞whiskey bar 嗰啲特色酒館仲好。

謝謝朋友上週五安排到中環會員制的私人會所Club C+ 享用一餐高質素的中式午餐。午市套餐包含前菜、燉湯、主菜、清炒時蔬及甜品一份。主廚曾於St Regis米之蓮中菜廳任職,從菜式的選料,調味,以及整個套餐的配搭都充份反映了總廚的用心,前菜先以香辣牛展及酸酸甜甜的小黃瓜打開味蕾。再配以姬松茸燉竹笙湯滋潤全身,特別適合有養生飲食習慣的人。主菜這次我挑選了鹹蛋金勾蒸肉餅,侍應介紹這個蒸肉餅是用上高質的安格斯牛肉,肉質細嫩多汁,蒸成肉餅後,比起一般蒸肉餅,肉質更細緻,肉汁更豐富,加上三十年老陳皮的甘香,絕對是味覺跟嗅覺的同步享受。餐廳再隨主菜附送清炒菜心一份。最後,套餐的甜品我選了杞子桂花糕,馥郁的桂花香味唇齒留香,實在是滿足又寫意的Happy Friday Lunch! 😊

終於在朋友安排下有機會造訪一直有聽聞但未有機會嘗試的中環私人會所CLUB C+,聽説粵菜做得不錯,這次親自試試。今次中午造訪,菜單是經理提前寫好,當中包括幾款招牌菜式,剩下的菜式則較爲家常,適合中午不要吃太飽。這裏的燉湯一直是招牌菜,今天試了姬松茸燉日月魚,材料足味道好,特別適合冬天暖身。之後是油鹽焗日本皇帝蟹腳,香氣滿滿帶出蟹肉鮮甜。沖繩黑糖脆皮咕嚕肉。傳統粵菜用了新派的方式炮製,開胃而不膩。肉鬆炒飯也是冬天吃飯的不二之選,出菜時熱噴噴。最後以雪蓮子桃膠紅棗燉萬壽果,滋潤一下身體,舒舒服服,反倒是擔心吃完後上班會打瞌睡。這個菜單每位$788,在中環來説不過分,加上環境加持,果然不負期望。
