Infiniti C is famous for their delicious vegan friendly food, especially cakes. Happen to be in the hood during a long weekend, and I decided to give their cakes a try.The cafe was quite busy on a Saturday evening. It was actually full when I visited, and I was lucky to get a seat. Solo diner luck I would say.There were quite a variety of vegan cakes of the day. I had a difficult time deciding which one to try as all of them looked so delicious. I got this Passion Fruit Chocolate Cake at the end

There were quite a variety of vegan cakes of the day. I had a difficult time deciding which one to try as all of them looked so delicious. I got this Passion Fruit Chocolate Cake at the end, as I felt like the passion fruit would be refreshing for a warm evening.
And it definitely did not disappoint! Refreshing passion fruit sauce and crunchy chocolate nibs. The cream was so smooth and enjoyable! As for the cake itself - the dark layers were spongy and the light layer was a very delicious mousse like layer, so delicious!
One more good vegan cake place found!
