To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The Lounge area is a big square shap with a nice view. However the lighting is not comfortable. I believe the interior designer want to have a dark lighting and show off the Red lighting on the wall. The contract was not clear that makes customers not feeling comfortable. I wanted something sweet after dinner. I ordered the apple tart with ice-cream.  I wanted something sweet after dinner. I ordered the apple tart with ice-cream. The apple tart was not warm and very tough, not enough butter during baking. I took a bit but could not take the second bit. I asked the floor manager to change it for me. I ordered a fruit plate. I was disappointed that for the price of $110 but the apple tart with ice-cream should be better than average.
