片皮鴨配上自家製的薄餅皮,配料共有三款,常見的有青瓜、京蔥、北京著名醬園六必居的甜面醬,客人可任意配搭,鴨胸皮脆肉少,油香滿溢,其餘的片皮鴨切得均勻,每塊不算太大,但有皮也有肉,皮脆肉嫩。自家製的餅皮用牛油紙層層相隔,因為餅皮特薄,加了牛油紙後不易撕爛,亦方便包起鴨皮時不會黏手。餅皮熱辣辣,質感煙韌。較傳統正宗的食法,鴨肉配清爽的青瓜和京葱,再加上甜面醬。鴨肉不算大塊,但可放多一兩塊,口感更豐富。
