My friend saw one of her "picky" friends went to this resturant in FaceBook with good comments, so she suggested us to try this out.

Environment
We arrived there @ 3 pm on Sat, which was tea-time. there was not many customers there at the beginning and we requested for a table near a corner. We were rejected because all the "good tables" had been reserved by others. We were so surprided as there were only about 10% filling rate there and all "good tables" were actually empty! We asked if the table would be assigned to us if the cutomers were not coming. The waittress said they will cancel the booking if customers not arriving in 15 mins. After 1 hr, the resturant was quite packed. Though it is not noisy but we can hardly hear the music there.
Lesson 1: Reserve a table and specify the table location by phone first.
Lesson 2: Be careful of the weather and don't sit in/near open area if rain is coming.

Food
We ordered a $ 388 tea set for 2 (the only one tea set offered there). The food was ready after 25 mins. Quite long time but still acceptable. The tea-set looked very nice
(Especially the golden cage) with 16 kinds of desserts (Yogurts, Tiramisu, chocolate cake, rice rolls etc.), 2 basic coffe/tea. The taste is not bad, Pic as below.

Service
We were quite disappointed with the stupid (sorry to say this) waiters. One set food to us wrongly, one took away our unfinished food (tiramisu bottle) without our notice, one tried to move cakes into the dish from a golden cage without our noticed AGAIN. The point is that we had just started the dish less than 8 mins! We tired to reject him doing so but he rejected us by return, he said there was not enough cage for other customers and the cage meaning a lot to customers! What a funny reason! If the resturant knows there were not enough cages, they should have sourced them to sactisfy the demand. Right? Anyway, it was not the waiters' fault and we undertood they had already trying to be polite in their best effort...Let them to take it.

Lesson 3: Eat slower

Payment
We ended up $680 with unexpected charged 2 bottles of distilled water ($55  each). (Actually we just order one and the waiter replenish the water for us without our notice AGAIN!!)
Lesson 4: Enquiry details if they replenish water for you.
