今次Staycation在美利酒店,套票有dining credit由於我哋想食西餐於是就揀咗The Tai Pan,個3 course dinner食得十分滿足由於即日book,餐廳到8點半才有位置,下單後大概15分鐘就有。Clam ChowderAppetiser揀咗Clam Chowder湯料各半嘅周打蜆湯都是第一次,蜆肉已去殼處理,十分鮮甜嫩滑,湯底濃稠,間中有小量已煮得軟爛的洋蔥,作為前菜一流Lemongrass Roasted Spring Chicken食完前菜等咗大概5分鐘就上主菜。主菜有雞、牛、魚及野菌意粉可供選擇,我就揀咗烤春雞作主食。原隻烤春雞與臉部差不多大小,份量十分充足。經烤焗令到雞的外皮香脆,雞肉十分嫩滑不柴口加上烹製時沒有太多醃製,食出雞肉的原汁原味,再搭配上辣椒檸檬草汁令到雞肉味道得到提升,更加嫩滑多汁配菜是泰式沙律酸辣口味令到整個主菜味道不會太單調。Homemade Cheese Cake主菜已經食得十分滿足,不過甜品就梗係第二個胃啦最後甜品揀咗cheese cake,原本以為會比較甜膩,但結果意外地有點解膩。上面一層Raspberry果醬酸甜可口,再

Homemade Cheese Cake
主菜已經食得十分滿足,不過甜品就梗係第二個胃啦
最後甜品揀咗cheese cake,原本以為會比較甜膩,但結果意外地有點解膩。上面一層Raspberry果醬酸甜可口,再搭配比較輕身的芝士口感清爽,減低了甜膩感帶嚟更多滿足感
