Visited ONES when it first opened and didn’t really enjoy my time there. Recently I had the chance to return to this beautiful restaurant for a birthday celebration and I was pleasantly surprised by their amazing new menu and drastic improvement as a whole.Dinner Tasting Menu $1,800 per person+ $788 for 6 glasses of wine pairing🌟 Amuse bouche / beautifully presented in form of a secret garden. Signature fish aw (+$460) / Served in lobster bisque. Interesting presentation as it’s charcoal grilled at the table. Love the texture of the fish maw but the lobster bisque was a bit too salty for my liking
