Wanted to try something light so just dropped by this chain Japanese restaurant for some sashimi rice. The menu was flexible allowing for different combinations of entrees and sides. The seafood sashimi were all quite fresh; the grilled scallop was fair, the prawn was a bit flabby, the seared salmon was quite tender and the flying fish roe was crispy and tasted of fresh brine.
