睇咗雜誌, 見到有間新開嘅越南粉, 大排長龍, 咁我就今日朝聖啦, 我就避開咗最多個人既時間, 揀左晏少少少啲時間, 就係夜晚八點鐘, 都坐滿曬, 幸好都有兩個位畀我入首先我點咗個安格斯生牛肉河,要大size 我覺得分量對我黎講啱啱好, 先試一試牛肉, 浸湯底大概30秒左右, 入口即化, 牛味相當濃郁, 再試一試湯粉, 再加啲芽菜,九層塔再,加啲辣椒 , 河粉得掛湯能力非常之高, 再加埋牙菜嘅爽口, 簡直百感交集, 真係冇得彈另外朋友就食一個燒豬頸肉飯, 因為要即叫即整關係, 大概等咗15分鐘, 但係絕對值得等, 分量非常之多,燒豬頸肉既邊皮都幾脆, 內裏軟熟又好juicy, 我覺得飯香非常之夠, 軟硬程度啱啱好 , 再加埋醬汁一齊食, 令人百般滋味在心頭
