There was ox tongue, chicken with leek, Miyazaki Sirloin, Sweet Bacon and Bulgur Sausage!
My picks are the chicken because it was grilled to perfection yet it was still tender and moist.
The Miyazaki sweet bacon is a must because it is chunky with a sweet smoky taste.
Grilled Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Sirloin:
The beef was served with crispy garlic slices, radish and ponzu sauce to compliment it.
I liked the beef on its own because it was juicy and tasty.
The sushi assortment was flawless and fresh.
My favourite was the maguro.
The lobster uni roll was fantastic because it was crispy since it was coated in tempura batter while it was wrapped in beancurd sheet with uni in the middle keeping the lobster moist and delicate.
The vegetables in Bonito jelly was refreshing and healthy because all the flavouring was from the bonito jelly.
Finished with the pineapple brulee which was truly as good as the first time I tried it.
