Clams a la Plancha, $ 230, because they are pretty purchase quality local clam meat to cook , each clam looks , although not large, but the meat very full , very delicious .
Baby Squid & Chorizo Omelette, $ 180, Spanish spicy squid with local small fry , then add the egg mixture and fry omelet , then placed in the oven while baking , omelet surface with micro-focus , eggs and sausages incense salty flavor to curry favor with Shaoshao spicy , biting mouth until tender baby squid , taste and texture are also memorable.
