Restaurant: PAK LOK CHIU CHOW RESTAURANT
Info:

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Pak lok is my go to chiu chow restaurant everytime i return to hong kong. Must eat include marinated goose, fried shrimp and crab balls, squab and taro dessert. Walked in at 9pm and finished by 9:45. Speed and service is good. Like any good chiu chow place, it come with 功夫茶to end the meal. I dined at quite a few locations and quality has been consistent. (wish they have one in the sf bay area - will go all the time!)
