今晚一行七人黎到The Pizza Project食pizza,可以食好多款,而且唔駛加一。呢間冇得book位,我地6:30黎到排隊,等到差唔多8:30先入座。我地叫左tasting menu,可以揀三個Antipasti,一款Gnocco fritto,七款pizza,仲有四個甜品,每人$180。Mozzarella Fritta大大粒炸莫札瑞拉芝士球,咬開有芝士拉絲,好邪惡。Burrata唔係好多小番茄,整體都唔差。Beef Tartare有啲韌,唔係好食既生牛肉他他。Truffle好食,炸麵糰包住滿滿黑松露餡。Pizza切成六塊,屬於厚邊薄批,批邊外脆內軟。但係整體好失望,幾乎全部都過鹹。我最鍾意Pesto,最唔鹹又有濃濃芝士味。Tiramisu唔錯,唔會過甜又濕潤。White chocolate mousse好綿滑,但略甜。結果其它野食出色過主打既pizza,唔值得等甘耐。
