Heard that the booking here is full most of the time, our boss had made a reservation like half/ nearly one month ago... I do treasure this chance to dine here once I particularly like the tiger shrimps in soyabean sauce, the shrimps were huge and very juicy, the soyabean sauce matched well with the shrimps (yum yum~). The Pomelo skins were very soft that they immediately melted in your mouth when you ate them. Very delicious! I think it’s a remarkable dish to be ordered next time. The dish of sauced duck with plums sauce was really ‘impressive’. It was absolutely a HUGE dish that it looks like we’d put an entire duck on the table… it served an intensive sour and sweet flavor. The meat of duck tasted really soft and easily melted in the mouth. This dish was too huge that we couldn’t finish it at last, you can tell by the photo! One comment I wanna make here towards the waiting time from dish to dish, it takes us VERY LONG to wait for each dish coming, like ‘French dining’ that each dish comes one by one… it’s quite abnormal indeed.. I hope they could improve the speed on it.
The general environment is quite cozy that not too noisy, very suitable for friends gathering. I should make a compliment to this restaurant because the general size of each dish is big and the ingredients are also very rich and full!
