To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. the veg platter, er... maybe because it was a cold dish and the display was not very creative, so i am gonna say I have had better veg platters. But surely healthy as in all the food was almost "naked" (no sauce except sprinkle of pepper). Carrot juice was yum, no added water or anything. the wrap was just "ma ma day", nth special, no wow factor (well, there is a competitive market for wraps), and altho I knew it was freshly made but it was lukewarm in temp when it was on the table. Nowadays you can get Portobello burger at most places, but this stands out as it is much lighter as compared to the veg ones you cud get from other regular burger joint. Cheese was light, white cheese i think (well i think it was cheese, can't be too sure these days), and the sauce was minimal and on the side, love that (key to eating low fat for the well disciplined). Salsa is a much healthier option, low in sugar and carb than artificial tomato sauce, so that was much appreciated.

Re the mushroom soup, if your notion of a mushroom soup is the creamy type, you may need to adopt to this one. This one has great texture of mushrooms, but overall feels like those gluey chinese soup since it is clearly not cream based. Light and healthy for sure, so it is still great, and portion is just right.

Use of outdoor tiles, picnic wooden tables, almost alfresco feeling = cute 

SERVICE:
Great! Very friendly (and motherly), walked in and the hostress managed to accomodate us altho she did reminded us there was a reservation for our table in an hour's time, but she said it very very kindly, not like those Chinese restaurants hostress (you know, the "take it or leave it" attitude)
