Restaurant: The Chairman

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朋友生日, 一早就訂左呢度同佢慶祝~ 我最早到~ d staff都好好, 見我帶左蛋糕去, 又會主動幫我收起~ 我搵洗手間又會提我鎖門.. XD 個個都好有禮貌^^可能我早左~一入到去未有其他人, 雖然細細地但個感覺好乾淨同舒服~我一坐低d staff就offer 熱水或茶比我啦~ 我話等一陣因為行左一段路有d熱...過左一陣另一位哥哥又過嚟問我同一個問題~佢地好有禮貌好細心啊~ 我地最想試就係呢度既招牌菜之一 - 大花蟹陳村粉特別配埋佢地winelist上的riesling...d蟹肉好軟好新鮮~又有香噴噴既花雕味~ 每次食完幾啖蟹肉再飲一啖~d酒就越fruity同香~大家掛住傾計食野時我就自己係度搭得好開心~!個蟹係最難忘既~有叫其他餸都好食但最緊要都係個蟹^^"~仲有甜品~杞子雪糕值得一讚~(雖然我只食左一啖)我之前都唔知杞子原來係甜甜地~配雪糕係好味r~~好圓滿的一餐 PS, 要預早差唔多成個月book架
