Some people crave a good smoke for no reasons, while I need a good espresso from time to time. On this day, I was suddenly hit with a caffeine craving at Elements. Starbucks' coffee unfortunately rhymes with the brand name... so I planned to settle for Vergnano which brought me to walk past the newly-opened Holly Brown. A few items on the menu looked tempting but I was in a rush so just a single espresso please. The first thing that hit me was the size of the espresso. Yes, I know it's supposed to be small, but there was barely a Chinese tablespoonful of cafe in the cup. No wonder the packet sugar was tiny too. Nonetheless, it smelled nice, it looked promising, and most important of all, it tasted good.
I had no expectation of what the coffee would be like and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Next time, I don't have to worry when the caffeine low hits while I'm in Elements.
