Pizza scrocchiarella. I do believe this word recall the pizza in Rome. This kind of word in Italian language mean crunchy and thin, classic pizza you can eat in many Italian Pizzeria. What they delivery is, pizza cold soft like spongy cake without mozzarella. Topping with parma ham Parmesan cheese and rocket salad. It’s really wrong. They must change name or change the way to make it. Please respect Italian product. Good service but forget to clean armchair. Please improve. Will back again to try different dishes.
