近排想食清d所以就想去食poke! 唔係第一次黎呢間啦,佢Weekday lunch hour好多OL排隊食,今次係weekend 夜晚過黎,就唔洗排即刻入得。坐低之後店員簡單解釋有咩選擇,可以簡signature bowl 或者自己組合。最鐘意係佢可以自己配搭,簡一個最健康又有營養組合。我自己組合左八爪魚豆腐糙米飯,鏗魚汁另上。超多蛋白質,有纖維又飽肚。佢份量都好大,材料爆曬出嚟。同行朋友係三文魚子控,佢叫咗808 signature bowl 再另加吞拿魚,又係蛋白質爆棚。Poke 好岩想食得健康啲,又要好食嘅朋友仔。灣仔行好多好食嘅嘢食,但係健康得嚟味道唔錯嘅就有啲難搵。七分飲食三份運動,希望可以食得健康瘦得快啲。
