I made a reservation on 14th Dec and they confirmed me there will be seat available for me. It makes me really angry tonight. I arrived 30mins earlier. I was shock that the boss told me that he couldn't find my reservation record. That's not my problem!! His attitude was very poor! I think I will not come again.
