The staff at this establishment displayed an extremely poor attitude. During the ordering process, they were noticeably impatient, as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. Their communication was devoid of basic politeness and courtesy.

When the food was served, there was an incident where a server bumped into a customer, causing food to spill onto them, and there wasn't even an apology offered. When I inquired about napkins, the staff seemed disinterested, merely pointing in the direction instead of providing assistance.

This experience has truly opened my eyes to the level of service one can encounter. It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of
professionalism, and it raises questions about the sustainability of their operations. The food and drinks were mediocre at best. With so many options available in Hong Kong, there's no need to tolerate this kind of service.
