Long story short, I believe the client service level need to be reviewed for this shop in Langham.I used to dine-in at other locations their services are pretty good. This was the first time I need to clear up the table despite your staff was looking at me for quite a while and decided to just stand still. Interestingly, once we are settled down, he came over and told us rudely that we couldn’t move the empty chair (despite no one was using) to place our belongings. He was just repeating his mes
I used to dine-in at other locations their services are pretty good. This was the first time I need to clear up the table despite your staff was looking at me for quite a while and decided to just stand still. Interestingly, once we are settled down, he came over and told us rudely that we couldn’t move the empty chair (despite no one was using) to place our belongings. He was just repeating his message, not listening to us and without offering any help. We were not being respected at the first place before we started our meal. Very disappointed and out of our expectations with such an experience in your well branded shop.
To be fair, we do like your coffee, cakes and other food. But for this particular experience, we were really disappointed.
