Decided to give this shop a try despite being advised otherwise. Could see why…ask for roast goose rice without sauce - this was clearly written on the ticket. The rubbish Sifu didn’t bother reading and just dosed quite a lot of sauce on the goose and rice. When complained about the missing request, he just picked up the goose pieces (already dosed with sauce) put the pieces in another rice box. As expected the goose skin was soggy and overly salty. As expected the goose skin was soggy and overly salty. And it was obvious they are trying to mask the poor quality goose meat. The food was bad! Service was poor.
