Never coming back.1) The cashier gave me poor tone and attitude when I placed my order, saying I was taking long (it was 2 mins max). When I mentioned that the person in front of me took even longer, she said its ok for them because their order was more expensive than mine. So I’m less important? RUDE! When I mentioned that the person in front of me took even longer, she said its ok for them because their order was more expensive than mine. So I’m less important? RUDE! Also, no one was waiting in line behind me.
2) My order was takeaway, and it was hot out, so I asked if I could wait inside. I was willing to scan LHS and would give the table back when a dine-in customer comes, but instead the Cashier was very loud, rude, and berated me. She could have just given me a gentle no.
The food was very mediocre. I ordered Hainan chicken, chicken and pork meat skewers, and a thai minced pork. The Hainan chicken was on the dryer end, skewers were ok, and the minced pork was oddly sour. Portion size was fine, but also considering its taste, price point, and the service quality, I was overall not impressed with this restaurant. Ultimately, the food was not good enough to make up for the poor service at the beginning of the experience.
