Since this place was promising, we decided to give it a go. It was disappointing to say the least. The service was poor from start to finish. The server was curt and didn't seem to bother about giving proper customer service, missing to give glasses of water and menus until asked for. We ordered the impossible burger, the grilled cheese sandwich, classic pastrami sandwich and beef burger. The fries and sweet potato fries were actually good but the meat was hard and dry, the salad was okay but overall the dishes were not worth the price we had to pay. The shocking part was that, we found a cockroach crawling around one of the dish.
When we told the manager about this, she didn't seem bothered about it or even seem apologetic about the situation. We didn't get a refund or discount, only a free drink that was not even made well. I do hope they would take their service seriously and look into the hygiene of the restaurant. Based on the experience we had, we would not go there again.
