I’ve never been to a restaurant as bad as this where I need to write a review. Normally if I don’t like the experience of a restaurant, I wouldn’t even tell the staff or write a review, I would just not go back again because maybe it’s just a one-off and I had bad luck. I’ve never been to a restaurant as bad as this where I need to write a review. Normally if I don’t like the experience of a restaurant, I wouldn’t even tell the staff or write a review, I would just not go back again because maybe it’s just a one-off and I had bad luck. But this time it was very bad. The staff mixed up our order with the table before us and I looked at that table because they arrived after us but their food (which was the same food as my table) arrived first. Then one of the people from that table scooped some pasta onto their own plate but the other person told the staff it’s the wrong dish.

Very quickly our pasta came after that but I can imagine if the kitchen or staff got this order wrong, very easily the kitchen would just reheat it and send it out again which is what I felt like they did because all dishes came out super slow that day. This made me sick in the stomach, I was appalled. And then our pizza was terrible as well, it was clearly a frozen pizza and just reheated, the pizza base was not nice at all, it’s just not the quality you would expect from a restaurant like this. Dinner and lunch have a completely different quality.

When we went to pay the bill, at the same time the staff had to pick up a phone call for a reservation but when I looked at our receipt, the time she gave us the receipt was 4 minutes ago, she left us standing in front of her for 4 whole minutes and this is weekday lunchtime I’m talking about. She didn’t apologise for that, she accidentally dropped the aircon remote and it landed in front of my toes. She didn’t apologise for that, she even threw a tantrum and was super angry in front of me about why did that phone call happen the same time as having to settle the bill. And when we paid by union pay, she didn’t have a clue how to use the machine.

Overall this was a very bad dining experience, worse than a cheap 茶餐餐廳
