To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I came here for simple dining and happy hour. Firstly, we ordered a chips with black truffle mayo. it was decent with right saltines. Also, we ordered carbonara. Carabonara was average.

I ordered one glass of white wine and after I finished, I ordered a glass of red wine. Right after the Happy Hour, one of staffs came to me and poured the little bit of wine into my glass. I thought it was a kind of friendly gesture. But when I received the bill, they charged me everything without explanation. Another glass was not even happy hour. You should be careful when you order something at Bricklane. The lady staff tried to avoid giving me a clear answer. they charged me only 100 hKD more than my original bill, but I am not so happy about their service.

I came here to celebrate my TGIF, but they ruined my mood. I am not coming back here again
