The staff are very inexperienced and unable to handle a full capacity crowd. Service is appaling but the owner is a pleasant person that makes an effort to keep its patrons happy. Food quality is mediocre and there's hardly any seasoning reflective of Korean cuisine. Obvious the owner do not have the required F&B experience, let alone understanding Korea cuisine.
